2. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (EU ODR)

In accordance with EU legislation, consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, available at:

3. ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

WICK WICK CANDLES (KVIDD, Katarina Vidic, s.p.) is not obliged and does not commit to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration bodies.

4. GOVERNING LAW

All legal relationships are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia.

5. JURISDICTION

In case of disputes, the competent court shall be the court in the Republic of Slovenia.
