1. RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. We do not provide prepaid return labels unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

You must also include proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Please reuse the original packaging when possible to ensure safe transport.

3. HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@wickwickcandles.com.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

4. PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

Personalized products, including candles with custom names, text, or hidden messages, are non-returnable and non-refundable.

If a personalized item is returned to us without prior agreement, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We carefully inspect all items before shipping.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

6. EXCHANGES

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.

7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized products
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items (unless required by mandatory consumer law)

8. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED DELIVERIES

If a package is refused, rejected, or not collected from a pickup point, any return shipping costs or carrier fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

9. REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days from the date we receive the returned item.

Depending on your bank or card provider, additional processing time may be required.

10. EU RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

This right applies only to non-personalized products that are in original, unused condition.
