  1. GENERAL INFORMATION
    This website is operated by WICK WICK CANDLES (Katarina Vidic, s.p.), Kračmanova cesta 9, 1293 Šmarje - Sap, Slovenia (hereinafter: “we”, “us”, “seller”).

By accessing this website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

  1. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
    We offer scented candles and related products through our online store.

All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without prior notice. We strive to ensure accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT
    All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT, unless stated otherwise.

Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other justified reasons.

  1. DELIVERY
    We process and ship orders within a reasonable timeframe.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and external factors.

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
    If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email at info@wickwickcandles.com.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days after receiving the returned goods.

EXCEPTION FOR PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications or are clearly personalised, such as candles that are custom-made with names, text, or other individual design elements requested by the customer.

  1. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
    Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds if returned items do not meet the conditions stated above or if the product is a personalised item as defined in Section 5.

  1. LEGAL GUARANTEE
    All products are covered by legal guarantees in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

We are responsible for any lack of conformity of the goods as required by law.

  1. PROHIBITED USE
    You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
